Houserules

House rules:

• Smoking is not allowed in the room or in the common areas or anywhere else indoors, on the terraces the other guests may not be bothered by it. You are also urgently requested to ask for an ashtray to put out the butts. Please be very careful with fire due to the risk of fire.
  

• The swimming pool is accessible from 8:00 to 23:00. The user must first read the hygiene rules at the swimming pool before using the pool. The landlord reserves the right to temporarily close the swimming pool for maintenance and cleaning.
  

• Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 21:00.
  

• Check-out from 8:00 to 10:00 at the latest. Different times in consultation with the host/hostess.
  

• Guests can park their car in the parking spaces of Courcenay. Parking is at your own risk.
  

• The tenant is not allowed to charge an electric or hybrid car with any form of connection to the electricity network of Courcenay. The Courcenay network is not designed or designed for this. Any form of damage caused by charging a car using the Courcenay electrical network is entirely up to the tenant.
